Barleymow's Farm Shop and Restaurant, near Chard in Somerset, has set a new standard for farm shops - modern, clean, spacious premises, friendly staff, family activities, and a truly wide choice of delicious fresh local produce. We are easy to find and offer ample free parking and we also have our own restaurant with WiFi serving delicious home-made meals and snacks made using local produce.

With such a large range of quality local food on offer there is something to tempt all palates and purses - from the finest cuts of meat, the freshest fruit and vegetables, to the mighty Somerset faggot made to our own recipe! 

For the children there is ice cream, our big outdoor playing area, a smaller play area in the restaurant and activities throughout the year such as our Maize Maze and Farm Adventure play area in the summer and pumpkin carving at Halloween!

MARQUEE VENUE HIRE
We have a marquee that seats up to 150 people available to hire for any event, Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary, Corporate Function or just a Knees Up! The marquee is 120ft long by 30ft wide complete with floor matting, dance floor, chandelier style lighting, a mixture of round and trestle tables, approx, 170 chairs and side service tent. Set in five acres of manicured field behind the Farm Shop, it enjoys outstanding Somerset views, unlimited parking and adjacent toilets.

Barleymow's is a family business with a friendly family atmosphere.  Rose and Martin Burrough and their family all pull together to run the farm and the shop.

	Barleymows also has a campsite featuring electric hook ups, water and waste disposal.  The site is open all year, weather permitting, and offers fantastic views.  Well behaved dogs are welcome and visitors can enjoy our children's play area.
